Mexican Flavored Florida Vegetable Dish

| 1 | onion, thinly sliced |
| 4 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| 2 cups | zucchini diced |
| 2 cups | yellow squash, diced |
| 1 15-ounce can | diced tomatoes |
| 4 ounces | diced green chili |
| 4 tablespoons | chicken broth |
| 1/4 cup | fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 3 tablespoons | fresh oregano, chopped |
| | salt, pepper to taste |

Preparation
In a large pan, sautée onions with 2 tablespoons of chicken broth over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add garlic, zucchini and squash, rest of broth and chili and simmer for another 6 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Add herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
