parsley, chopped fine |

garlic, minced |

tomatoes, seeded, peeled and diced small |

olive oil |

balsamic vinegar |

| Preparation |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Strain and
serve on toasted baguette circles.
