Cucumber Salad with Spicy Grilled Beef |

soy sauce |

chili sauce |

garlic, minced |
| 1 teaspoon |
rice wine vinegar |
| 3 ounces |
pickled ginger, chopped |

green onion, chopped |

cucumber, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced |

filet mignon, grilled to taste |

| Preparation |
Whisk together soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic and vinegar. Grill the beef and cut into small
strips. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes
before serving.
