brown sugar cured bacon, minced |

cabbage, julienne |
| 1 tablespoon |
butter |

| Preparation |
Place a medium-size sauté pan on medium/high heat. Add olive oil to pan. Then add onion and
bacon and cook until translucent. Blend in cabbage, butter, salt and pepper. Remove from heat
and serve or use as a stuffing.
