Ingredients
3 tablespoons	olive oil
1 teaspoon	garlic, minced
1 tablespoon	Balsamic vinegar
	salt and pepper to taste
1	green bell pepper
1	red bell pepper
1	yellow bell pepper

Preparation
Remove stem and seeds from peppers; slice into strips. Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add peppers and garlic and saute for approximately 3 minutes; peppers should still be somewhat firm. Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
