Florida Vegetable Recipe

sugar |

dried cider vinegar |

head cabbage, sliced thin or grated, about 8 cups |

Balsamic vinegar |
| 1/4 cup |
fat-free sour cream |
| 1 teaspoon |
salt |

white pepper |
| |
| Preparation |
| Combine sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil and
reduce to medium high heat until liquid
measures 1/4 cup. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage and add low-fat
sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
