Florida Seafood Recipe
Clams with Angel Hair Pasta |

| 2 tablespoons |
olive oil |
| 1/2 pound |
cooked angel hair or spaghetti pasta |
| 3/4 cup |
green onions, sliced |
| 1 tablespoon |
lime juice |
| 2 teaspoons |
garlic, chopped |
| 1/4 cup |
fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 2 pounds |
hard clams |
| 1/2 teaspoon |
black pepper |
| 1/2 cup |
tomatoes, chopped |
| 1/2 cup |
white wine |

salt to taste |

| Preparation |
|
| Heat olive oil in a large skillet. When hot, add
green onions and garlic. Cook until onions are limp (2-3 minutes).
Add clams, tomatoes and wine. Cover and cook until clams open
5-6 minutes, depending on size of clams. Add pasta and remaining
seasonings. Serve hot.
