Florida Seafood Recipe

| 2 pounds |
red snapper fillets, skinless, boneless |
| 1/2 cup |
Caesar salad dressing |
| 1 cup |
potato chips, crushed |
| 1/2 cup |
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese |

| Preparation |

| Cut fillets into 6 portions. Dip fish in salad
dressing. Place fillets in a single layer in a
microwave-safe dish with thicker portions to the outside of
dish. Combine crushed chips
and cheese; sprinkle over fillets. Cook in microwave on high
for 8 to 10 minutes or until
fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, rotate dish once
during cooking.
