Florida Seafood Recipe
Broiled Rock Shrimp |

| 2 1/2 pounds |
rock shrimp, split and deveined |
| 1/2 cup |
margarine, melted |
| 3/4 teaspoon |
salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon |
white pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon |
paprika |

Lemon Butter Sauce |
| |
| Preparation |
|
| Lay rock shrimp flat on a broiler pan with meat
exposed. Baste with margarine; sprinkle
with salt, white pepper and paprika. Broil 4 inches from source
of heat for 2 minutes or
until meat is opaque. Serve with Lemon Butter Sauce.
