Rock Shrimp Dreams |

| 1/2 pound |
rock shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined |
| 6 ounces |
soft cream cheese |
| 1/2 cup |
pecans, chopped |
| 1/2 cup |
pineapple, crushed, drained |
| 1/4 cup |
ripe olives, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon |
lime juice |
| 6 slices |
white bread |
| 6 slices |
wheat bread |

butter |

| Preparation |

| Chop rock shrimp. Combine all ingredients except
bread and butter; mix well. Lightly
butter bread. Spread equal amounts of shrimp mixture on 6 slices
of white bread; cover
with remaining slices of wheat bread and cut each sandwich
into 4 pieces diagonally.
