Florida Seafood Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 pound	rock shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
6 ounces	soft cream cheese
1/2 cup	pecans, chopped
1/2 cup	pineapple, crushed, drained
1/4 cup	ripe olives, chopped
1 tablespoon	lime juice
6 slices	white bread
6 slices	wheat bread
	butter

Preparation
Chop rock shrimp. Combine all ingredients except bread and butter; mix well. Lightly butter bread. Spread equal amounts of shrimp mixture on 6 slices of white bread; cover with remaining slices of wheat bread and cut each sandwich into 4 pieces diagonally. Yield 4 servings
