Florida Fruit Recipe

Florida Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients
3 large	avocadoes
4 tablespoons	onion, finely chopped
2/3 cup	fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cloves	garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons	lime juice
1 tablespoon	cilantro
	salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Roughly mash all the ingredients into a mixture, serve with tortilla, corn chips or as a side dish over salads. Yield 4 to 6 servings
