Florida Fruit Recipe
Watermelon and Seared Tuna |

| 1/4 cup |
watermelon, diced |
| 4 ounces |
tuna, seared and cut into small slices |
| 1 ounce |
pickled ginger, minced |
| 1 tablespoon |
cilantro, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon |
soy sauce |

salt and pepper to taste |

| Preparation |
| Sear tuna in a medium sauté pan to taste. Place all the ingredients in a medium size bowl
and mix well. Serve chilled in a martini glass.
