oil (for deep fryer) |

orange liqueur brandy |

| Preparation |
| Make a batter by combining the flour with the salt, the egg and the beer. Let the batter rest for
at least 2 hours, then carefully fold in the egg whites. Heat the oil in a deep fryer until it
reaches 300 degrees F. Wash and dry the strawberries, marinate in the orange liqueur brandy
and sugar for 15 minutes. Dip each in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
