Florida Fruit Recipe

Florida Fruit Parfait

Ingredients
1/2 cup	vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/2	mango
1/4 cup	blueberries
1 teaspoon	roasted pecans

Preparation
Put yogurt into a shallow glass or tumbler. Add fruit and pecans on top. Freeze for 5-10 minutes and serve very cold.

Look for "Fresh from Florida" ingredients at your grocery store.
