Florida Fruit Recipe

Ingredients
3-4	plantains, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon	butter, melted
1/4 cup	honey
	juice and zest of 1 lime
	juice of 3 passion fruit (1/3 cup orange juice may be substituted)
1/2 teaspoon	nutmeg

Preparation
Arrange plantains in a glass pie pan or baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve as an accompaniment to chicken, pork or brunch dishes. Yield 6-8 servings
