Florida Fruit Recipe

Watermelon-Strawberry-Mint Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup	watermelon, diced and seeded
3/4 cup	strawberries, diced
1/4 cup	red onion, diced
2 tablespoons	jalapeno pepper, diced and seeded
2 tablespoons	mint leaves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons	olive oil
1 tablespoon	lime juice
1 tablespoon	sugar

Preparation
Gently stir together all ingredients in bowl. Let stand to blend flavors, about 1 hour. Yield 4 servings
